Jack Golbranson is an attorney in the firm’s litigation group. His practice includes business litigation, shareholder claims, construction disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and other commercial litigation matters. Jack has experience in litigating minority ownership disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, business torts, contract claims, and construction defects.
Before joining Hellmuth & Johnson, Jack gained experience in both litigation and corporate environments, working with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. This background gives him practical insight into how legal disputes affect day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
Jack earned his B.A. in Business Administration and economics from the University of Puget Sound, where he was a member of the university’s baseball team. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Jack is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the United States District Court of Minnesota. Outside of the office, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog, and golfing.
