Jordan practices in the area of Trusts & Estates, including Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration, and Guardianship & Conservatorship matters at Hellmuth & Johnson. Jordan’s interpersonal and professional experience across the spectrums of age and ability make him especially well-suited to help clients identify and achieve their goals.
Jordan’s work includes Medical Assistance (Medicaid) planning; preparing trusts (revocable and irrevocable), wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives; assisting grieving families through the confusing legal processes of probating wills and administering trusts; and helping families and individuals with disabilities through the difficulties of the guardianship and conservatorship process.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor, Master of Arts (Catholic Studies), and Bachelor of Arts (Catholic Studies) degrees from the University of St. Thomas at its campuses in Saint Paul, Minneapolis, and Rome (Italy).
Outside the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, Hailey; their baby; and their Great Pyrenees, Butter Burger Carew. He also enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and volunteering at his parish.
