Sara Brennan assists attorneys, residential homeowners, commercial property owners, condominium associations, and townhome associations with construction defect claims, insurance claims, and non-disclosure claims.

Sara’s work includes drafting pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; conducting document review and management; and supporting attorneys in preparing motion briefs, mediation and arbitration submissions, deposition exhibits, trial documents and exhibits, and applications to the contractor recovery fund.
