Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Alex F. Williams has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Construction and Real Estate practice groups.
In his practice, Williams advises clients on transactional matters throughout all phases of real estate development and construction. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the real estate development industry, concentrating on mixed-use, multifamily projects in Minnesota and Tennessee. He served as Vice President of Development for one of the nation’s leading multifamily developers.
Williams received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University, and a B.S. in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee State Courts and Minnesota State Courts.
