Ayesha L. Khan

Attorney at Law

“When legal disputes arise, often it is regarding the things most important to us—our homes, our family, our quiet enjoyment of life. Understandably, in these situations, emotions run high. I am here to navigate those perils on my clients’ behalf with compassion and integrity, while remaining a fierce advocate. I seek amicable resolution when one is available, but I am always ready to go to bat for my clients. Challenges make life interesting; overcoming them makes life meaningful.”

Ayesha L. Khan

Ayesha Khan is an associate attorney in Hellmuth & Johnson’s real estate and HOA practice groups, bringing together her experience as a former prosecutor and a current real estate attorney. She spent years representing the State, two of which she handled cases involving domestic violence. She earned favorable verdicts in trial, holding criminals accountable, bringing closure to victims, and restoring a sense of safety to the community. Prior to becoming an attorney, she spent several years in the real estate business, working on both residential and commercial transactions.

Ayesha combined her two passions—justice and property—and transitioned into real estate law. Having experience as a real estate attorney for a metropolitan city, she gained an inside understanding of regulatory law, including zoning, licensing, and land use. She has even drafted ordinances, which remain law today.

Handling a wide array of matters, Ayesha works creatively to anticipate and resolve issues; however, when unresolvable conflicts arise, she never shies away from a fight!
