Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Davis W. Cheney has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Cheney’s practice is focused on construction disputes, real estate, and business litigation, with a particular interest in appellate advocacy. During law school, he externed for U.S. Magistrate Judge David T. Schultz, clerked at North Star Law Group, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Neil Hamilton.
Cheney received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
