Steve Forrest Appointed to Advisory Committee to the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch

Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Steve Forrest has been appointed as a member to the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch. The Committee is tasked with making recommendations to the Minnesota Supreme Court regarding access to judicial records.

Forrest has more than 15 years of litigation experience, including trials in nearly every type of law in State, Federal, and administrative courts. He practices general commercial litigation at the firm, which includes a variety of complex issues including, but not limited to, business litigation, health care litigation, construction litigation, estates and probate litigation, and litigation related to State licensing and regulatory requirements. For most of his career, he worked as a prosecutor and represented Minnesota State Boards and Agencies in litigation.
