Aaron Knickerbocker is an associate attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing his practice on business litigation and real estate matters. He represents property owners, businesses, and individuals in a variety of disputes, and he advocates for our clients’ needs with an eye for practical solutions and creative problem-solving.
Before joining Hellmuth & Johnson, Aaron worked for a boutique law firm in Minneapolis, litigating workers’ compensation and asbestos cases. Prior to that, he was a judicial law clerk in state court. He also spent a number of years at a personal injury firm working on catastrophic injury and products liability cases throughout law school. Aaron’s background of working with both plaintiffs and defendants provides a useful perspective of each side of a lawsuit.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas where he majored in English and was on the men’s rowing team.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys visiting local restaurants and breweries, playing golf, collecting books and antiques, going to concerts, and watching English Premier League soccer.
