Rakiah Adams is a skilled litigator who has experience at every level of litigation and a proven track record of success in the courtroom and in negotiations. She has experience representing clients in administrative proceedings, state court, federal court, arbitration, and mediation. Rakiah practices primarily within the firm’s litigation group and focuses on commercial, real estate, and employment litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Rakiah represented clients in a variety of matters, including civil rights defense, public records act compliance, wrongful death, and employment litigation. She has presented innovative and effective arguments in trial courts and at the appellate level.
Rakiah is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Minnesota, Washington, and New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from Iowa State University.
