Regan serves as head of Hellmuth & Johnson’s Class Action practice group, focusing on consumer protection, antitrust, data breach, employment, and housing matters. She has extensive experience in complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country and has been appointed as lead or class counsel in numerous class actions.
