Regan serves as head of Hellmuth & Johnson’s Class Action practice group, focusing on consumer protection, antitrust, data breach, employment, and housing matters. She has extensive experience in complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country and has been appointed as lead or class counsel in numerous class actions. She serves on the Fund for Legal Aid Board of Directors, and mentors students enrolled in Minnetonka High School’s VANTAGE program.
She has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers® list since 2014 and on The Best Lawyers in America® list since 2024.
