Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Ayesha L. Khan has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, HOA, and Land Use, Zoning & Development practice groups.
In her practice, Khan brings together her experience as a former prosecutor and a current real estate attorney. She spent years representing the State, earning favorable verdicts in trial, bringing closure to victims, and restoring a sense of safety to the community. Prior to becoming an attorney, she spent several years in the real estate business, working on both residential and commercial transactions. Her experience as a real estate attorney for a metropolitan city has given her an inside understanding of regulatory law, including zoning, licensing, and land use.
Khan received her J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an M.A. from Metropolitan State, and a B.A. from Hamline University. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the United States District Court of Minnesota.
