Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Steven R. Forrest has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Forrest has more than 15 years of litigation experience, including trials in nearly every type of law in State, Federal, and administrative courts. His practice focuses on business litigation, health care litigation, construction litigation, estates and probate litigation, and litigation related to State licensing and regulatory requirements. For the majority of his career, he worked as a prosecutor and represented Minnesota State Boards and Agencies in litigation. He uses this background and experience to assist clients in understanding applicable statutory and regulatory requirements with regard to their businesses.
Forrest obtained his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his B.A. from Northern Illinois University, majoring in Political Science. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
