The Project Developers are Good Neighbor Homes and Streetfront Development, led by Thomas Hertzog and Charles Burdick, respectively.
Bauer Design Build is serving as the general contractor under the leadership of Mike Bauer, with the custom home finishes being led by Highmark Builders.
The Fletcher is scheduled to open in early 2027, bringing new luxury residential options to the Linden Hills neighborhood.
